KYC - Mandatory Client Identity Verification The KYC process is straightforward and takes no more than 5 minutes. To complete it, you will need an identity document and a phone with a camera for identification. Cards can be issued in the section https://private.mybrocard.com/personal/cards.

When issuing a card, there are filters available :

Visa - only cards with Visa payment network are displayed.
Mastercard - only cards with Mastercard payment network are displayed.
Account balance - cards that use the owner’s total account balance when making transactions are displayed.
For any purchases - cards that can be used to perform any online payments are displayed. *There are some restrictions for cards for any purchases, you can learn more about them from the support manager.

Card name - an obligatory field, required to be filled in. You can set the card name on your own.

Total limit - if the “unlimited” checkbox is marked, the limit will be specified by your card balance only. If the checkbox is unmarked, you can specify spending limit for the card, the minimum balance is $20. If the limit is exceeded, payments will not go through and an “card balance” error will appear. After issuing a card, this setting can be edited by putting the checkbox on the left to the card ID and selecting “change limits” from the drop-down menu.

Transaction limit - this parameter regulates the maximum amount of one transaction. By default, the maximum limit is $1000 for each company member. If you are the owner, you can allow or prohibit editing limits for team members. When enabling a checkbox, you can

What is an agency аccount, and what is it for?

Agency account special advertising account provided by an advertising agency that is an official partner of the advertising network and has the authority to provide such accounts and support in setting up advertising campaigns. Agency accounts have no daily budget restrictions, are not subject to random blocking, and provide access to advertising only in approved business areas according to the advertising network's policies. Prepayment is required to work with agency accounts.

What verticals can be advertised?

Whitehat verticals: white goods, insurance, real estate, education (with an emphasis on obtaining knowledge), etc.

Grayhat verticals: crypto, nutra, gambling, swipstakes. etc. There can be some restrictions which depends on advertising platform. For more information please contact support manager.

Follow the "Agency accounts", click on "Create" and choose the advertising network. Submit an application.
Provide Brocard's manager with information about your niche and links to materials for approval.

This function can be used as a convenient feature to reduce the costs of fees for rejected payments, as well as reduce the decline rate.

As it is known, when trying to withdraw a payment the FB makes up to thirty attempts, which can lead to a commission for rejected payments up to $ 15 ($0.5 for each attempt) and also negatively affects the decline rate index. So, it is reasonable to pay the the FB bills in amount of not less than $15.

How does one enable micro-payments?

This feature is only available for cards with total balance.

When transferring the card to the "Blocked" or "On pause" status in the modal box, one can specify the size of transactions that the system will skip, despite the status of the card. Payments exceeding this amount are to be rejected. Team_owner can set the maximum value of the payment as well as the maximum amount of all payments for the company's cards with total balance in the "company" section.

In the "cards" section, one can filter cards with micro-payments.

In the "payments" section, one can filter such payments.

Moreover, one can enable micro-payments when massively blocking cards or putting them on pause.
