# CASHBACK

### Cashback for declined payments

It is credited to the company's owner
It is credited on the 10th of each month (cashback for November will be credited on December 10th)

Terms
The company's Decline Rate for the calendar month for which the cashback is calculated is less than 5%

How the amount of the cashback is calculated
All commission fees for declined payments during the calendar month are added up

The company's Decline Rate for the calendar month for which the cashback is calculated is less than 15%

How the amount of the cashback is calculated
All commission fees for declined payments during the calendar month are added up, and depending on the Decline Rate, the following cashback is paid out:
* for companies with a Decline Rate of less than 5% - the payment will be 100% of the commission
* for companies with a Decline Rate of 5 to 10% - the payment will be 50% of the commission
* for companies with a Decline Rate of 10 to 15% - the payment will be 25% of the commission

*Cashback and Decline Rate are calculated in the UTC time zone*
