Onboarding


Onboarding procedure involves two steps: answering a couple of questions in chat and a short video call with our manager.


List of questions:

  • What services will you be paying for with our cards?
  • Are you planning on working solo or in a team? In the case of the latter, how many members will your team have?
  • What will be you monthly spending?
  • How many cards do you plan to issue every month?
  • In which cases do you plan on blocking cards?
  • Where did you found out about our service?


After answering the questions in the chat, the manager will forward you our terms and conditions, our user documentation and a link to our Telegram newsletter so you can keep up to date with any changes on the platform.
