Onboarding procedure involves two steps: answering a couple of questions in chat and a short video call with our manager.

List of questions:
What services will you be paying for with our cards?
Are you planning on working solo or in a team? In the case of the latter, how many members will your team have?
What will be you monthly spending?
How many cards do you plan to issue every month?
In which cases do you plan on blocking cards?
Where did you found out about our service?

After answering the questions in the chat, the manager will forward you our terms and conditions, our user documentation and a link to our Telegram newsletter so you can keep up to date with any changes on the platform.
