Roles



The owner of the company - a user with this role has access to all sections and functions of the system: teams, participants, top-ups, transfers, cards and payments. Can also see all the data on other members of the company. There can only be one user with this role.

The admin has access to all sections and functions of the system: teams, participants, deposits, transfers, cards and payments. Can also see all the data on other members of the company. There may be several users with this role.

The teamlead has access to the sections and functions of the system within the team: members, deposits, transfers, cards and payments. Can also see all the data on other team members. There may be several users with this role.

The buyer has access to the sections: cards, payments, refunds and transfers. Can only see data on their cards and transfers of their balance. A user with such a role cannot create transfers and deposits. There may be several users with this role.

How does one invite an employee



To invite an employee, one needs to proceed to the "Participants" page and click "Add a participant", specify the e-mail, role and limit on the number of the cards. An invitation is to be sent to the specified e-mail address. Such a participant will have the status "Waiting" until completes the registration.

The user will need to click on the link and complete the registration by entering a password and enabling two-factor authentication.

If a participant is added by a user of the role of Teamlead, the participant will be automatically added to the same team that the user is a member of.

How does one create teams



To do this, one should proceed to the "Teams" page and click on the "Create a team" button, and specify its name.

How does one change the participant's team



Only users with the roles of "Company Owner" or "Admin" can transfer a participant. You need to go to the "Participants" section, select "Edit participant" from the participant's menu, change the team and save.

The statistics on the cards, payments and refunds of the participant will also be transferred to another team.

How does one block and unblock a participant



Go to the "Participants" section and select "Block" or "Unblock" from the participant's menu. If a participant is blocked, all their cards will also be blocked.

Participants who are blocked by the system cannot be unblocked.

How does one view statistics on teams



Users with the role of “Company Owner” or “Admin” can view cards, payments and refunds of the team. To do this, one should proceed to the Commands section and select the desired item from the desired command. You can also use the command filter separately in the corresponding section.

Transfer between participants



To make a transfer between participants, proceed to the “Transfers” page and click “Create a transfer". In the modal window, specify from whom to whom you would like to make a transfer and its amount.

Also, it is possible to make a transfer not only to a member of your team, but also to one of another team.
