How does one withdraw funds from the account balance?

Withdrawing funds from your account can only be processed via a withdrawal request. To make one, you must create a ticket with the label "Create a payout" from your personal account. In the ticket itself, you must paste your active TRC-20 wallet. The ticket can only be created by the team owner.

We do not have any fees for withdrawing your funds.

What are the necessary steps to take before withdrawing one's funds?

Halt all of the ongoing and future transactions on your cards.
Free up all of one's funds that may be reserved on cards.
Transfer all of the team's funds to the owner's balance.
Wait until the declined transactions on your account cease. Alternatively, you can discuss an approximate sum that you are ready to leave on your account in order to cover the decline fees (This way, withdrawal of funds can take significantly less time).

How long does it take to withdraw funds?

Withdrawal of your funds can take up to 3 weeks, this is due to the requirement to check your cards and transactions on our side. If there aren't any incoming transactions or declined payments we will process the withdrawal much faster.
