How well will your cards work with advertising platforms, like Facebook, Google, TikTok and others?


Our cards work perfectly with a myriad of different platforms. The service can boast more than 25 BINs with differing geolocations. You can easily choose a BIN that works best with your setup.

What services can one pay for with the virtual cards?


Our cards are meant for advertising payments, as well as related instruments and services. We also have cards to pay for any online purchases and services, such as taxis, hotels, flights, etc.

How much will it cost to issue a card?


The card issuance fee is a flat, one time $2.00 payment, starting with your 51st card. Your first 50 cards are free to issue and come with no fees.

Do your cards have 3D Secure (3DS)?


Yes, some of the cards have 3DS. The code is sent to the card owner's email.

How do I top up my balance? Do you accept cryptocurrency?


You can top up with a bank transfer via WIRE or top up via USDT (ERC20 or TRC20 token formats).

What is the minimum top up/deposit amount?


Minimal top up is $500.

Why did my card disappear from the merchant's account?


In this case, the merchant removes the card. In most cases, the exact reason remains unknown, and we cannot influence it.


Why are my cards flagged as payment risk?


Unfortunately, this happens. There is no perfect "combination" that guarantees a 100% successful attachment for the merchant.
P.S. By "combination" (setup), we mean a combination of the card, account, and proxy.

Facebook blocked my account and is requesting a bank statement with owner's data as proof.


Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a statement. Sometimes a screenshot or an export from the payment section in your Brocard personal account may help.


There is no ideal combination that guarantees a 100% card linkage. We recommend aiming for greater consistency among the spendings: matching them under the same geo. You can check the billing geo of the card in the card settings after its issuance. It's not a panacea, but it yields better results.

Why can't I pay for the service? It gives an error.


Many services have stricter criteria for added cards, accepting only credit and named cards. Our service provides virtual cards, and we cannot guarantee payment for any specific service. We recommend testing other bins listed as "for all payments"; perhaps the payment will go through.

A payment went through on a closed card. How could this happen?


One possible reason: the closure of the card and the transaction occurred around the same time, and the bank processed the request to close the card later than the payment. Also, in rare cases, Facebook may forcibly debit an unpaid bill, even from a closed card, at the bank's decision.

Can I transfer funds to your service straight from affiliate networks?


Of course! We work with a large selection of affiliate networks, through which you can top up your Brocard balance with lowered fees.

Do you have agency accounts?


Yes, our service provides agency accounts for Facebook, Google, TikTok and Yandex (For Yandex agency accounts are available in all geolocations except Russia, no VAT).
