Creating and setting up cards
Card issuing
Cards can be issued in the section https://private.mybrocard.com/personal/cards.
When issuing a card, there are filters available :
Visa - only cards with Visa payment network are displayed.
Mastercard - only cards with Mastercard payment network are displayed.
Account balance - cards that use the owner’s total account balance when making transactions are displayed.
For any purchases - cards that can be used to perform any online payments are displayed.
*There are some restrictions for cards for any purchases, you can learn more about them from the support manager.
Cards settings
Settings for cards with account balance
Card name - an obligatory field, required to be filled in. You can set the card name on your own.
Total limit - if the “unlimited” checkbox is marked, the limit will be specified by your card balance only. If the checkbox is unmarked, you can specify spending limit for the card, the minimum balance is $20. If the limit is exceeded, payments will not go through and an “card balance” error will appear. After issuing a card, this setting can be edited by putting the checkbox on the left to the card ID and selecting “change limits” from the drop-down menu.
Transaction limit - this parameter regulates the maximum amount of one transaction. By default, the maximum limit is $1000 for each company member. If you are the owner, you can allow or prohibit editing limits for team members. When enabling a checkbox, you can regulate an amount of one transaction, with a minimum value of $20. After issuing a card, this setting can be edited by putting a checkbox on the left of the card ID and selecting “change limits” from the drop-down menu.
Multiple cards - if you set a checkbox to issue multiple cards with the same name, cards will be issued in the specified quantity with identical settings.
Issuing a card with its card balance
Card name - an obligatory field, required to be filled in. You can set the card name at your own.
Card balance - minimum balance is $20. The amount you specify will be debited from your available balance and will be transferred to the card's reserve. Balance can be edited later in card settings section. You can release one's card reserve by blocking a card, putting it on pause, or changing the card balance.
Auto-replenishment of balance - in order to not tracking the card balance, you can set up auto-replenishment - in this case, when the balance drops below the certain value specified in the card settings, automatic replenishment will occur for the amount specified in the settings.
Multiple cards - if you will activate checkbox to issue multiple cards, it will create a specified number of cards with identical names and settings. Each card will reserve a specified amount of available balance.
Tags - for cards with their card balance and cards with a account balance, you can set tags for your convenience. Above all cards there is a setting “change tags”, you can add a name to it. Then set a checkbox on the desired card and select "add tags".
