Creating and setting up cards

Card Issuance

You can issue a card in two ways:

by clicking the "Issue Card" button in the Cards section;
by clicking the "+" button next to "Virtual Cards" in the side menu.

Both options open the same card issuance form.

If necessary, use the filters to select a suitable card by:

payment system;
currency;
card account type;
intended use.

Card Settings

Account Balance Card Settings

Card Name - a required field where you can specify a custom name for the card.

Total Limit determines the maximum spending amount for the card.

If the "Unlimited" option is enabled, spending is limited only by the available account balance.
If the option is disabled, you can set a custom limit starting from 50 USD.

Once the limit is reached, new transactions will be declined.

Transaction Limit determines the maximum amount of a single transaction.

By default, the limit is 1000 USD for each company member.
If necessary, the team owner can allow or restrict members from modifying this parameter.
The minimum limit value is 50 USD.

Multiple Cards - when this checkbox is enabled, the specified number of cards with identical names and settings will be created.

After the card is issued, both the Total Limit and Transaction Limit can be changed in the card settings.

Individual Balance Card Settings

Card Name - a required field where you can specify a custom name for the card.

Card Balance - the minimum value is 20 USD. The amount you specify will be deducted from the available balance and transferred to reserve. It can be edited later in the card settings. Reserved funds can be released by blocking the card, pausing the card, or changing the card balance.

Balance Auto Top-Up - to avoid monitoring the card balance manually, you can configure automatic top-ups. In this case, when the balance falls below the amount specified in the card settings, the card will be automatically topped up by the configured amount.

Multiple Cards - if you enable the multiple card creation option, the specified number of cards with identical names and settings will be created. Each card will reserve the specified amount from the available balance.
