Adding cards to Apple Pay and Google Pay
1. Which cards are supported?
Support depends on the card BIN.
When issuing a card, you can see a special tag Google Pay or Apple Pay, as well as the icon of the corresponding payment system.

2. How to add a card to Apple Pay?
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
- Tap the “+” button to add a card.
- Scan your card or enter details manually.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirm your card — the verification code will be sent to your email.
3. How to add a card to Google Pay?
- Open the Google Wallet app on your Android phone.
- Tap “Add a card.”
- Enter or scan card details.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirm your card — the verification code will be sent to your email.
4. What should I do if phone call verification appears?
If the phone call verification option appears when adding a card:
- Press “Complete verification later.”
- Send to support:
- a screenshot of the card verification screen in Apple Pay or Google Pay,
- the full card number,
- the card ID from the system.
4. Why does phone call verification appear?
This may happen if you add a card from a suspicious device or due to enhanced security measures. In this case, verification is completed via support.
5. How long does verification take?
Once you contact support, verification is usually completed within 24 hours.
