How to reset two-factor authentication
You can only reset two-factor authentication through the team owner. If a team member needs to reset 2FA, they should contact their team owner. If a team owner needs to reset 2FA, they should send a message to the support telegram bot https://t.me/mybrocard_support_bot.
Why is two-factor authentication necessary
Using two-factor authentication enhances the security of your account, as two confirmations are required to log in: a password and a special code generated by the two-factor authentication application.
How to disable two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication cannot be disabled. You can check the "Remember me" checkbox on the login page https://private.mybrocard.com/login. This will allow you to stay logged in for 30 days from the same device.
